Our three-tier membership is designed to meet you where you are:
🌿 Community Access Pass ($39/mo): For stylists or salon pros who want light connection, monthly updates, and forum access.
💼 Salon Ready Plan ($79/mo): Ideal for salons preparing for inspections or building structure. Includes monthly check-ins, coaching calls, and templates.
👑 Salon Mastery Elite ($159/mo): Full-suite support including on-site inspections, in-salon crash courses, CE hours, certification, and staffing guidance.

Only select sessions are recorded. Replays are typically made available to Elite Plan members only. If a replay will be offered, it will be clearly noted in the event description.

Yes — cancel anytime from your account dashboard. Your access will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds are issued for partial months.

Log into your dashboard, go to “My Account,” and click “Manage Plan.” You can upgrade or downgrade anytime. Your new benefits will activate immediately.

The C.O.M.B. Global Forum is located inside your member dashboard under “Community.” For Elite members, you also have access to a private Elite-only chat space. You must be logged in to interact.

All event registration fees are non-refundable. Replays are not guaranteed unless noted in the event listing. However, Elite members receive access to most session replays as part of their plan.

Elite members will receive a private link to book their included services. You’ll also be contacted directly by the C.O.M.B. team within 3 business days after signup to schedule your session.

CE hours are awarded through approved sessions and crash courses. You’ll receive a certificate of completion after your qualified training. CE Hour Boosters are available monthly and free for Elite members (first session).

Yes! While our on-site services are currently focused in NC + surrounding regions, virtual coaching, crash courses, and CE credit (when applicable) are accessible from anywhere. Out-of-state travel for on-site work can be arranged at an additional fee.

Yes — and we encourage it! Please label your post clearly and remember that while our community is supportive, private 1-on-1 answers are prioritized for Elite coaching sessions.

No. Access depends on your membership tier:
Community members receive previews and early notifications.
Salon Ready Plan members access core templates and weekly content.
Elite members unlock the full template library, staff forms, CE docs, and exclusive toolkits.

New resources, checklists, and discussion topics are added regularly — at least once a month. Masterclasses, CE boosters, and premium toolkits are updated monthly. Be sure to stay subscribed to the newsletter so you don’t miss content drops, new event announcements, or special releases.

C.O.M.B. proudly partners with B-ty Institute, a licensed and approved CE provider in North Carolina. Through this partnership, we are able to validate and issue CE hours that meet the requirements of the NC Board of Cosmetic Art Examiners.

No — C.O.M.B. is not directly affiliated with the NC Board. However, all of our consultants are licensed instructors in the state of North Carolina and certified by the NC Board of Cosmetic Art Examiners. Each instructor has a minimum of 10 years of experience in salon operations, education, and industry leadership.

Yes. Once your on-site session is complete, your consultant will provide you with their direct contact number. As long as your membership remains active, you’ll have access to ask questions, schedule follow-ups, and get continued support.

No. All exclusive add-on benefits (such as One-on-One Coaching, CE Hour Boosters, and the full template library) are reserved for Salon Mastery Elite members only.

After attending a CE-eligible session or crash course, your certificate will be emailed to you within 3–5 business days. Keep it for your license renewal documentation.

To upgrade or switch plans, log into your account dashboard, select “Manage Membership,” and follow the prompts. Upgrades activate immediately.
